90 Day GamePlan

What if you didn't need another strategy?
Just a plan that feels really freaking good & matches YOUR individual goals!

How This 90-Day Method Works

This is a step-by-step system designed to help you:
- Debrief your year (or last quarter) honestly and without shame or guilt
- Diagnose the root of what was off
- Reconnect with your core values
- Choose one aligned focus instead of 12 overwhelming goals
- Create a simple, sustainable 90-day plan
- Build capacity (the REAL reason everything finally starts working)
- Integrate microdosing to support your process

Start

STEP 1: Debrief Your Last Year or Quarter

We can’t decide where we’re going until we get real with where we’ve been.

Most people skip this step and wonder why nothing changes.

You cannot build an aligned 90-day plan without knowing:

- Where you were forcing.

- Where you were following “shoulds.”

- Where your nervous system was tapped out.

- Where you abandoned what you wanted.

Question 2 of 36

A. List 1–3 goals you set in the past year/quarter

What were the big things you said you wanted?

Question 9 of 36

Notes:

Question 10 of 36

C. Where did each goal come from?

Ask yourself:

- Was this something I wanted?

- Or was this shaped by family, culture, industry expectations, or comparison?

- Did I set this goal because it felt good inside my body?

- Or because it felt like “the next logical step”?

Question 11 of 36

D. Identify patterns

Where did things go off track?

Common patterns:

- Choosing a goal because of an external force vs. internal desire

- Outsourcing your power and thinking you needed another strategy/someone to tell you how to do it

- Prioritizing what other people told you you needed to do vs. listening to your intuition

- Overcommitting without the support system to hold it all

- Nervous system burnout: stuck in fight (forcing even when exhausted) / flight (setting the goal and doing some work toward it but ultimately abandoning it when you didn’t see the results you wanted WHEN you wanted them) / freeze (working yourself to the bone and then needing days of vegging out on the couch to recover) / fawn (needing constant validation from your social media metrics and outsourcing every decision to an idolized mentor or coach)

- Continuing to utilize strategies because someone told you you “should” even though doing them made you feel like absolute 💩

📝 Patterns I notice I experienced:

STEP 2: Clarify Your Desired Outcomes for the Next 12 Months

You cannot build a powerful 90-day plan without knowing the direction you’re moving.

Question 13 of 36

Choose 1–3 desires for your next year that excite you — not the ones you think you “should” want.

These could be life desires, business desires, health desires… they’re all connected. The HOW is not your responsibility right now. The only thing you MUST do is make sure that these desires come from a deep sense of wholeness and excitement.

📝 My top desires for the next 12 months:

STEP 3: Convert Your Annual Desire Into a 90-Day Target

The brain can only plan accurately ~90 days out.

Use that to your advantage.

Question 15 of 36

For each desire, ask:

“What would meaningful progress look like in the next 90 days?”

Examples:

Year goal → Visit 6 new cities

90-day target → Book 1–2 trips

Year goal → $100K in revenue

90-day target → $25K in offers sold

Year goal → Feel calm and grounded

90-day target → Build one nervous-system-supporting habit

📝 My 90-day target(s):

STEP 4: Identify Your Core Values and Rate Your Alignment

Your values are your internal GPS.

If life or business feels “off,” it’s because something is incongruent with what matters most.

Question 17 of 36

A. Choose your top 5 values

Examples: joy, peace, wealth, purpose, family, creativity, adventure, rest, travel, freedom, integrity.

(Don’t limit yourself to the examples I listed. Google “list of values” to find pages and pages of potential values. Also give yourself permission to write down what’s important to you even if it’s not traditionally thought of as a value. If your animals are super important to you “quality time with my furbabies” counts as a value)

Question 18 of 36

B. Define what a 10/10 looks like for each of the 5 values

Example:

Value = Travel → 10/10 = “I visit 6 new places a year.”

Question 19 of 36

C. Rate yourself on a scale of 1–10 for how much your currently embody and prioritize each value

(It is critical that you are honest!!! No one else is going to see this, and this is where clarity comes from)

E.G.: Value __________ : ______/10

STEP 5: Choose ONE Value to Focus on FIRST

Mastery> Multitasking.

Question 21 of 36

Choose the value that currently feels:

• Most exciting

• Most true

• Most supportive

• Most alive in your body

(I know ALL your values feel important or you wouldn’t have written them down. Don’t worry, we are not abandoning the rest. Slow and steady wins the race. We are starting with one and as that one because fully integrated as a way of being for you, you’ll revisit this process)

This becomes your through-line for every decision you make.

My 1st core value focus:

STEP 6: Choose ONE Small, Sustainable “Congruent Action”

Simple wins create unstoppable momentum.

Question 23 of 36

Now that you’ve chosen your core value, identify:

What is a stretchy but attainable commitment (AKA an action or step you can take that exists in the realm of regenerative discomfort vs. dread) that I can take consistently until I master it (AKA until it becomes a habit and integrated way of being for me) that would bring me closer to embodying this value?

 Examples:

Value = Peace → Daily 10-minute outdoor tea ritual after work

Value = Freedom → Saying “no” to invites from friends that aren’t a resounding “YES” in your body (even though you’d typically agree to because you’re afraid to potentially hurt their feelings)

Value = Wealth → Weekly CEO date to track money and make aligned financial decisions

My one aligned action: (complete this on the paragaph part)

 This action should be:

✔ Stretchy but attainable

✔ Repeatable

✔ Doable in excellence

✔ Something your nervous system can actually hold

✔ Measureable

✔ Relevant

✔ Timely

Yes, we are giving major SMART Goal vibes here. If it works, work it!!

Choose something that you can get your energy behind!!! You get results from choosing something sustainable.

Before You Go Any Further...

New Question

STEP 7: Build Your Capacity Plan

Capacity = the internal space to hold the life you want.

Question 26 of 36

This is the step most people skip — and it’s why they don’t follow through.

Ask yourself:

- What support do I need to stay regulated?

- What boundaries do I need?

- What energy leaks need to go?

- What do I need to stop doing?

- What would make this quarter feel easy instead of heavy?

 Capacity Plan Notes:

STEP 8: Microdosing Support

The magic of micro-dosing is that it helps your habits and capacity-building stick.

Micro-dosing supports your 90-day plan by helping you:

- Reduce anxiety and reactivity

- Build emotional responsiveness

- Increase presence and self-awareness

- Strengthen follow-through

- Improve clarity around desires

- Support nervous system regulation

- Integrate aligned habits with less resistance

Suggested Schedule (Low + Slow)

The “Gold Standard” micro-dosing protocol is Stamet’s Protocol: 4 days ON, 3 days OFF. This is also handy because it fits perfectly within a week. Many people microdose M-Th and take F-Sun off, but choose what works best for you and your schedule.

I recommend that people start with the lowest dosage: 50-100 mg and adjust from there. It’s easier to build than it is to take away.

Follow this schedule for 4-8 weeks. Take your congruent action when you’re micro-dosing! This will help this new way of being integrate faster.

It’s important to have an intention every day while micro-dosing. The intention can be something simple like “to create life on my terms,” something specific as it relates to your day like “I’m going to close this deal,” or something emotionally resonating like “I’m calling in greater levels of love, joy, and abundance.” There is no right way to craft an intention. Whatever speaks to you is the right way for YOU.

Closing Words

You don’t need more strategy. You need more you.

This 90-day method helps you see clearly, choose intentionally, act sustainably, and build internal capacity, so your life actually feels as good as it looks.

Once you’ve fully embodied the congruent action (AKA it becomes part of who you are naturally, not something you have to consciously plan and execute), return to step 5 and either choose a new value or add an additional layer onto the value you’ve already worked with.

Every 90-days it is supportive to start from the beginning to see where you’ve veered from YOUR path and see where you can get back on it.

Throughout this process, please remember that shame does not serve. Whether we look at behavioral psychology or the work of David Hawkins, we see that shame is not a useful emotion as it relates to behavioral modification. Neutrality and curiosity will beat shame every time.

Thank you for going on this journey with me! It’s my hope that you realize how infinitely wise and powerful you already are and that you don’t need anyone to show you “the” way because that way isn’t real. Your desires were placed on your heart for a reason, and your emotions are your guideposts that alert you to where you’ve veered off course. Success doesn’t have to suck, I promise.

I’d love to hear what came up for you throughout this process! And research tells us that when we share our goals with likeminded individuals, we are 6X more likely to achieve them…
