Meet Julie, the builder of the method
Hi, I’m Julie. I am a high-performance coach and a psychedelic facilitator. I help high-performing women use psychedelics to beat burnout once and for all.
I know that everyone experiences some sort of burnout and nervous system dysregulation. It shows up as fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. We all do it.
I help women who have gotten to a certain point by forcing it get to their next level by increasing their capacity to receive. If you feel like you’ve hit a ceiling and can’t get past it… It's because it's not a strategy issue, it's a capacity issue.
I primarily work with psilocybin and LSD, both microdosing and macrodosing. Most of my coaching work involves microdosing and a values first approach to life, career, and business. I also host retreats where women can experience a full dose in a guided, intentional setting. All of my work centers around integration AKA pulling the thread through from the breakthroughs into your day-to-day life.
