What actually happens at a retreat
Each retreat weaves together sacred ceremony, nervous system reset, and sisterhood in settings that will take your breath away. Think chef-prepared meals, cozy accommodations, and views that remind you life is actually beautiful.
And the support doesn’t stop when the weekend ends. A full month of integration, live group calls, and tools are included, because most of the real transformation happens back home.
I’m Julie, a psychedelic facilitator, breathwork practitioner, certified coach, and former attorney. I help high-achieving women break out of the grind, keep their edge, and finally have a life that feels as good as it looks using plant medicine, somatic tools, and integration that actually works.
