Joy can be your
baseline setting.

And it's safe  for you to feel good most of the time. Not just on vacation or after a glass of wine. Most. Of. The. Time.

If you don't make it past this first line, I want you to know that. Joy is not a reward for suffering enough first. It's not something you earn after you've fixed every issue and past trauma. It's available to you now and microdosing has been one of the most powerful tools in showing me that.

Healed, not masked

My anxiety and depression are healed. I spent time on antidepressants, and while they were a valuable tool I needed at the time, they were doing absolutely nothing to heal the root cause. Microdosing as a tool in conjunction with the inner work? That actually did it.

A quiet mind

My mind is quiet. That's not to say I don't think because of course I do. But my inner voice is so much softer and doesn't get in the way of me living my life. When I tell people this, they're often amazed (and sometimes confused) that their mind can actually chill TF out.

Best-case-scenario thinking

The quality of my thoughts trends toward best case scenario vs. running through everything that could go wrong. My anxiety used to manifest as apocalyptic thinking. Now I naturally consider all the ways things could go right.

Present. Actually present.

I'm able to stay present instead of reliving the past or worrying about the future. I've trained myself to be here now and trust the trajectory of all that has happened and all that will happen.

Life is happening for me

I believe that life is always happening for me, and I choose to extract the lesson instead of getting stuck focusing on what is done and can't be changed. The shift from "why is this happening to me" to "what is this here to teach me" is everything.

Releasing what I can't control

I know that I can't control anyone or anything outside of myself, so I choose to dedicate my energy to things that are within my power to do and shift. What a relief that is!!

Real, actual fun

I have a lot more REAL fun. Before, I was performing fun for what looked good on social media. Now I actually enjoy TF out of my life. Big difference.

 

The law of oneness states that if all of this is available for me, it's also available for you.

This is a real accounting of what changed when I stopped coping and started healing. The version of you who feels this good already exists and she's just waiting for the right tools and support to come home to herself.
