Most high performers have their career figured out. It's everything else that falls apart.

Jun 08, 2026

The success is already there: the title, the income, everything you were supposed to achieve. But you wake up exhausted every day. Your “success” lives entirely inside your wins at work. Your personal life? Anxiety follows you everywhere & you feel like that meme where everything is on fire and the dog is sitting there quietly with an “I’m fine” sign.

This is what burnout actually looks like for high achievers! There is no collapse or big gap that people notice from the outside. There is just a slow drift away from yourself.

I know this because I lived it! I tried everything you’re supposed to try: meditation, journaling, yoga, affirmations, and even meds. I did all the "right" things and I was consistent, but there was no breakthrough.

What I eventually realized was that I wasn’t missing more tools. I was missing direction, accountability, and someone who could see what I couldn’t see from inside my own life.

The moment I got that support, things shifted. And over the years, through my own journey and working with clients, I developed a framework I now call the CEO Reset Method. It is built on the belief that success in life and in business are not in opposition. You do not have to sacrifice one for the other! You can have BOTH!

The Framework

The CEO Reset Method

A framework for high performer women who are ready to feel as good outside the office as they look inside it.

The pillars of the Reset

01
Values, Needs, and Boundaries

Most women set boundaries without first getting clear on what they actually value. This pillar works in that order intentionally. When your boundaries are rooted in your values, they hold, but when they aren’t, they collapse under the first moment of pressure.

02
Releasing Difficult Emotions Quickly

High performers cannot afford to carry emotional weight for days. This practice is designed to process and release difficult emotions in a targeted, efficient way so they stop looping and consuming mental bandwidth.

03
Meditation and Hypnosis as a Daily Practice

Not the hour-long 3-times-a-day type. A practice built to fit a real schedule that works on the subconscious patterns driving anxiety, reactivity, and burnout at the root level rather than managing symptoms at the surface.

04
Letting Go of the Past

Timeline healing is one of the most underutilized tools in personal development. It allows you to revisit and resolve the experiences still quietly running in the background, without re-traumatization and without spending years in therapy to get there.

05
Taking Control of Your Thoughts

Rumination is one of the most expensive habits a high performer can have. This piece of the framework is about getting clear on the real issue, stopping the mental spiral, and moving forward with intention rather than reaction.

What actually shifts

This is not about working less: it’s about living more.

Clients who work through this framework reclaim an average of 3 to 4 hours each week for the things they kept saying they didn’t have time for. That number matters less than what it represents: a life that finally feels like it belongs to you.

Work stays at work

When your boundaries are anchored in values rather than willpower, they become sustainable. The spillover into evenings, weekends, and relationships starts to fade away, not because you care less about your work, but because you have a structure that actually holds everything together and allows you to be present at all times.

Your life reflects what you say you care about

One of the most uncomfortable parts of this framework is the honest assessment. Most high performers discover a gap between what they say their priorities are and how they’re actually spending their time and energy. Closing that gap is where the real transformation is!

In their words
“There was a lot on my plate and I was looking to expand my plate in a way that put my personal life first. By setting intentions and creating strong boundaries I was able to handle everything in business, with my family, and in my personal life.”

“I wanted someone to help evaluate what I was doing. After evaluation, Julie also recommended some mental training to help me process everything. Both have helped. What I also liked is how malleable Julie is as a teacher. She constantly asks what I need help improving that week.”

You don’t have to choose between success and happiness.

That is the core belief behind everything in this framework. The high performers I work with are not lacking discipline or ambition, they just need a structure that supports the whole person, not just the corporate LinkedIn version of them.

The CEO Reset Method is the framework I wish I had found sooner. If any part of it resonates, I’d love to keep the conversation going.
