Habit Stacking Text Program: Getting Started
General Overview
- Congratulations on saying YES to yourself and UNBREAKABLE đź’Ž
- This daily-text, habit-stacking program has the possibility of completely transforming your life
- Please watch this video in full, as well as the second video, and if you have any questions after you’ve completed all the materials then send an email to my team and we will get back to you
- I built it with the help of a former client who has a platform that is going to send you daily texts that will contain your habitsÂ
- This platform is called JOURNEY
- You will be following Stamet’s protocol (4 days ON 3 days OFF) so every week you will have the same days you’re micro-dosing or not - pick your start date accordinglyÂ
- You will also be using Stamet’s stack so grab some niacin (50-200 mg) and lion’s mane (whatever the recommended daily dose is for your product)
- Every day you will receive a text message
- For your ON days the text will instruct you to pick up a new habit
- Because this is a STACKING challenge you will be layering on the habits
- You don’t just learn to brush your teeth once and then never do it again
- Ex: day 1 you will have 1 habit and by the end of the first week you will have 4 new habits (because you have 4 ON days/week) BUT DO NOT WORRY - these habits are very manageable!

How to use JOURNEY
- Nudge Theory
- Behavioral theory that says a nudge makes taking action easierÂ
- A nudge is something in your environment that prompts you to do somethingÂ
- Ex: stop signs are nudgesÂ
- Nudges remove barriers to taking actionÂ
- Your daily texts will give you a quick snippet of what the habit is but there are also links in the text that will take you to articles that expand on the “why” behind the habit
- If you click the link to the article and it doesn’t load right away just hit refresh
- If it is an OFF day the nudge will tell youÂ
- If it is an ON day the nudge will tell youÂ
- You should receive a text the day before your desired start date that tells you you’re enrolledÂ
- It is your responsibility to enter your phone number correctly - please double check thisÂ
- If you double checked your number and still haven’t received a text the day before please reply to your welcome email
- Journey also has an “Echo” feature (also called "Reminder")
- Echos allow you to create customizable texts that you think will help youÂ
- In your first week you will receive a text that tells you how to use the echo or reminder feature
- An example of what this could look like:
- Let’s say you are struggling with radical responsibilityÂ
- You might reply in the journey thread with something like “ECHO: Look in the mirror and affirm that I am a powerful creator of my reality”Â
- At some point journey is going to text you everything you wrote after the colonÂ
- This is totally your playing fieldÂ
- It can be a journal prompt, affirmation, to-do list reminder, anything!!
- Texts will be sent early in the morning by default so make sure you turn your phone on do not disturb
- You can also opt in to having them sent laterÂ
Things to Remember:
- Keep doing everything you’re already doing with micro-dosingÂ
- Setting an overall and daily intention, having a practice around it, doing it in a special spaceÂ
- Take your capsule close to the time when you do the habit
- Remember you can’t do this wrong
- If you don’t do all the habits each day that’s ok!! Pick it back up the next dayÂ
- Commit to your greatness and doing each habit to the best of your ability
- Know that you are always getting exactly what you need
- Give yourself grace in the moments where you don’t live up to your ideal standards
- Shame is not an effective teacher - instead RECOMMIT
- HOLD YOUR VISION FOR YOUR INTENTIONÂ
- Maintain equanimity
- You are responsible for your breakthroughsÂ
- Be open & willing to dig deep and get out of your comfort zone
- This is your opportunity to get messy and have support - make the most of it!
